Fishing grounds within reach include the Pearl Islands archipelago, the 20 Fathom bank, waters around Taboga, Panama Bay itself, and further out to Bahía Piñas — covering shore fishing, deep-sea fishing and spearfishing depending on the trip.
Ocean Reef Marina, built on reclaimed land off Punta Pacífica, is a real, publicly announced project positioned as a private marina and yacht club for boats transiting the Canal. What we haven't independently verified is which specific residential towers, if any, carry deeded slip access as a unit amenity — so if a building markets "your own yacht parking," confirm the actual deed language before treating it as settled.
