Wanders & Yoo is yoo's third development in Panama — this time built around Marcel Wanders' design language rather than Philippe Starck's. The two towers are conceived as a pair: Torre Norte draws its identity from the element of air, Torre Sur from the essence of earth, and the two are joined by an exclusive sky lounge shared between them. It's a more sculptural, botanical take on branded design than Panama's other yoo address — fantasy elements built into functional space, rather than color used purely for shock value.
Both towers are residential, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom layouts across Torre Norte and Torre Sur. Specific floor plans, square footage and current pricing by tower and floor are disclosed on registration — the mix and finish level vary meaningfully between the two towers, so it's worth confirming which one actually fits before reviewing units.
