How we work

What you can expect from us

Every figure comes with a source and a date.
We say what the data does not tell you.
We are paid a commission by developers on new-build units, and we say so wherever it applies.
We do not promise yields, visa outcomes or deadlines.
Legal and tax advice goes through our country advisor, Proper Consulting.
