A 60-story loft-style tower on Avenida Balboa, interiors envisioned by Philippe Starck — the first yoo address in Panama, and still one of the boldest.
Hero image is yoo international brand photography, not a photograph of the Panama building. Unit photos below (9th-floor example) are real, on-site photography.
Designed by Panama's BT Arquitectos with interiors from yoo, inspired by Philippe Starck, this 60-story tower on Avenida Balboa was Panama's introduction to branded, design-forward residential living — loft-style apartments and penthouses with sweeping sea or city views, built on a collaboration between Starck and John Hitchcox, co-founder of Manhattan Loft Corporation.
Every layout is sold with a sea-view or city-view orientation, with a furnished option available across the building.

Real, on-site photography of a currently available unit — not a rendering, and not a designer-staged model. What move-in condition actually looks like in the building today.

The tower sits directly on Avenida Balboa, Panama City's bayfront boulevard, with the Cinta Costera's parks and running paths at the doorstep and the financial district minutes away.
