An ATP-licensed condo-hotel in Panama City's corporate corridor — built for executive stays and short-term rental from day one, not retrofitted for it.
Costa del Este is Panama City's most planned business district — headquarters for multinationals, a resident community of expatriate executives, and a direct line to Tocumen International Airport. Generation Tower was designed around that demand: condo suites built and furnished for corporate and mid-term stays, with a licensed operator model already in place rather than an unlicensed workaround.

Two distinct product lines share the tower. Levels 600–1000 are the Independent Living floors — condo suites built for residents who want their independence alongside light medical support: periodic evaluations, sample collection, general monitoring and supervision of basic activities, plus laundry and on-call nursing. Levels 1300–4200 are standard Condo Suites — fully furnished units built for flexibility, from short executive stays to longer-term tenancy.
Every unit ships fully furnished and equipped — sofa, dining table, queen bed, desk, window treatments, air conditioning, and an equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and range hood. Nothing left to source before the first guest or tenant checks in.

Amenities are stacked in dedicated levels rather than crowded into a single podium floor — a Blue Level built for downtime, a Sky Level built for the view, an Oasis Level built for wellness, and a ground-floor Plaza built for daily commerce.

The tower's ground floor and mezzanine are built out as commercial space: retail and dining bays from 160 m² to 371 m² at street level, and office/commercial space from 114 m² to 249 m² on the mezzanine — daily foot traffic for residents and guests without leaving the building.
Costa del Este sits inside Panama City's tightest executive radius.
Generation Tower operates under an active ATP short-term rental license — the same 45-day rule set out in Panama's Law 80 that governs legal STR operation nationwide. Professional STR management and an operator model are available on request, with pricing rising by elevation from $4,720 to $5,500 per m².
