Aurum rises on Calle Río Mar in Costa del Este, one of Panama City's most consolidated business and residential districts — set back from the avenue and facing a park, with a green, low-noise outlook that's unusual for a tower this close to the district's commercial spine. Grocery stores, a school, shopping, and hospitals sit within easy reach, along with the Costa del Este boardwalk. Of everything in our current portfolio, this is the strongest price-per-square-meter in the city: from $3,900/m², well under most new-build product in the same district.
Aurum is past the planning stage. As of May 2026, foundation and piling work is actively underway on site — the photos below are from the live construction site, not a marketing render. For a tower at this price point, that's worth more than another glossy image: it's the difference between a project on paper and one moving through its build schedule.
Eight units per floor across four repeating floor plans. All residences share a 2.70 m clear ceiling height, floor-to-ceiling windows, imported porcelain tile flooring, porcelain-clad bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers, and kitchens with imported cabinetry, European hardware and engineered-stone countertops. Every unit is pre-wired for split-type A/C and includes a covered balcony and laundry area.
